5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
  • Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
  • Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent activities

6. Tokens and Rewards

Telepath may offer token-based rewards for platform participation:

  • Tokens are earned through legitimate platform engagement
  • We reserve the right to modify reward structures at any time
  • Abuse of reward systems may result in account termination
  • Token values may fluctuate and are not guaranteed
  • You are responsible for any tax obligations related to tokens

7. Affiliate Program

Participation in our affiliate program is subject to:

  • Honest representation of our services
  • No use of spam or deceptive marketing practices

8. Intellectual Property

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

  • Accuracy of user-generated content
  • Value or utility of any tokens or rewards

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELEPATH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

12. Indemnification

13. Termination
